  • Conducting customer interviews covering operations of all client-facing departments across the region, from sales and marketing to support of existing customers and billing
  • Identifying areas which have potential for improvement
  • Assisting in implementation of enhancement initiatives in different departments
  • Assistance in preparation of presentations for senior management team
  • Working with CRM platform and maintenance of  high quality of customer-related data
  • Support of day-to-day business operations within client specialists department
  • This position is based in Moscow, Petrovka Street 5 (Berlin House Business Centre)

 We are looking for a person with the following qualities:

  • Strong communication skills: phone, face-to-face, email
  • Good organizational skills
  • Keen on data analysis and research
  • Good conversational and written English
  • Knowledge of main MS Office applications with particular focus on Power Point and Excel
  • Ability to structure presentation documents, focusing on key messages with clear supporting details and analysis
  • Preferably background in financial markets or sociology
